Return Policy

At Lab Grown Jewels, we strive to provide high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy subject to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    2. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.

    3. Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned, unless it arrives defective or damaged.

  2. How to Return a Product
    1. Submit a return request through your account on our website or email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return pickup.

    2. After approval, we will provide reverse pickup details along with further instructions.

    3. Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring that the certificate and invoice are included, before handing it over to the assigned logistics personnel.

    4. If the product certificate is lost, a replacement fee of Rs. 3000 will be deducted from the outstanding amount.

    5. When returning the product to the courier, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or digital). In case of lost shipments, proof of return shipment is required.

    6. If the customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup, they must self-ship the item.

    7. Return requests will not be accepted via social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram.

    8. If you ordered more than two products and wish to return a part of the order, the refund amount will be adjusted based on applicable discounts on the non-returned products.

    9. If a return request is raised but the shipment is not returned within 48 hours, a refund will not be provided. Instead, a credit note will be issued.

    10. Refunds will be processed in the form of a credit note within 10-12 days after the product is received at our warehouse.

  3. Upgrade Policy
    1. Upgrades are allowed lifetime for purchase of items of equal or greater value, with any price difference payable by the customer.

    2. The upgrade process follows the same eligibility and return process guidelines.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

    2. We may request photographs or other proof before approving a return.

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    1. Items that show signs of wear, resizing, or alterations by a third party are not eligible for returns.

    2. Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance sales are final and non-returnable.

    3. Gift boxes are not eligible for return or exchange. However, jewelry items can be returned or exchanged as per our policy.

    4. Products with visible physical damage are not eligible for return or replacement.

    5. If the return or exchange for a damaged or incorrect item is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment, it will not be accepted.

    6. Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned or replaced.

  6. Important Notes
    1. When you receive our package, record an unboxing video. If you encounter any issues such as a damaged product, missing items, or receiving the wrong product, submit the video with your return/exchange claim. This will help us assist you better when processing your request.

    2. For special promotions like Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free, the entire order must be returned if a refund is requested. Partial orders can only be exchanged.

    3. If you claim a missing product from your order, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without this, we will not be able to process the claim.

  7. Cancellation Policy
    1. Orders can be canceled only until the order is confirmed. Once confirmed, cancellations are not possible.
